Engine due assisting St.58 with a commercial fire alarm. Engine on scene with a crew of

6.  Accidental due to drywall dust, 50IC cancelled all units.

Utility responded with 3 to assist EMS with a cardiac arrest.

9.January909:56447 Shawna Rd.-Susquehanna Twp.

Commercial structure fire at Freedom Chrysler Dodge, assisted by Stations 55,58, Indiana 520 and 4

with the RIC assignment. Rescue/Engine, Engine and Utility responded with a total of 17.

Rescue/Engine took the address, Engine staged at the plug. Interior crews found

fire in wall due to flue. Crews had a quick knockdown, 50 IC cancelled all other units.

Overhaul and ventilation performed.

10.January1004:25813 35th St.-Northern Cambria

Engine due assiting St.58 with a commercial fire alarm at the Northern Cambria

High School.  Engine on scene in staging with 6.  Later cancelled by 58IC.

11.January1302:00310 David St.-Northern Cambria

Engine and utility responded to a flue fire with a total of 10. Fire out on arrival.

Personnel cleaned the flu and checked the residence for extension with non found.

Dispatched for an unknown odor inside an apartment building.  Engine and Utility on scene

with 11.  Apartments metered with nothing found.

cancelled enroute by police on scene advising accidental, alarm company on site working

on the alarm.

at the Northern Cambria High School. All units held in staging by 58 IC. Later cancelled.

alarm caused by smoke from boiler.

Rescue/Engine responded with 8 to a vehicle leaking fuel in the parking lot of Giant

Eagle. Personnel contained the leak, vehicle towed.

Utility with a total of 5 provided traffic control for an accident no injuries, one vehicle

Into a ditch.  Vehicle was removed and was drivable.

50 Chief o/s of a odor of smoke inside a residence, Engine and Utility on scene with

10.  Residence checked with TIC, odor found to be from electric heater.

Dispatched to assist St.520 with an electric fire.  Engine, Tanker and Utility responded

with a total of 15 and cancelled enroute.

Engine and Utility responded with 10 assisting St.58 with a commercial fire alarm

at the Northern Cambria High School. Units held in staging and later released.

22.January2704:39606 Philadelphia Ave.-Northern Cambria

Engine and Utility with a total of 13 originally responded on a commercial structure fire

assisting St.58 to the address of 1252 Theatre Rd. in Susquehanna Twp.  Units on scene with

nothing found.  Had Cambria called original complainant back to find out that this would

be a 50 grid. Engine and Utility responded on a reduced alarm to find that it was sparks

coming from flu of a pellet stove.

23.January2914:29292 Municipal Rd.-Susquehanna Twp.

Utility responded with 4 to assist EMS with a cardiac arrest.

24.January3020:46901 Philadelphia Ave.-Northern Cambria

Rescue/Engine and Utility responded with a total of 14 to a two vehicle accident

one patient.  Crews assisted EMS with patient removal from vehicle and also

provided traffic control.

25.February111:33300 Old Miller Rd.-Susquehanna Twp.

Engine, Rescue/Engine and Utility responded on a malfunctioning furnace with a total

of 18.  On scene no conditions, cause found to be a faulty unit. Plumber contacted,

units cleared.

26.February200:391700 Railroad Ave.-Northern Cambria

Rescue/Engine and Utility on scene with 13 of a ATV accident, ATV over a bridge with one

patient in a water way.  Personnel extricated the patient and EMS  transported.

27.February212:182904 Crawford Ave.-Northern Cambria

Engine and Utility assisted St.58 with a total of 13 on a residential structure fire.

Units on scene smoke coming from a vent, all units released by 58IC.

28.February319:29709 Melrose Pl.-Northern Cambria

Engine crew of 7 assisted EMS with a gun shot wound.

29February620:48120 Front St.-Cherry Tree

Full company assisting Indiana St.520 with a working apartment building fire.

All units on the road with a total of 17. Rescue/Engine laid into scene

and supplied Engines from 520 and 540.  Crews assisted with knockdown, overhaul

and ventilation.

30.February1208:09467 Greenwich Rd.-Susquehanna Twp,

Original dispatch was for a propane odor inside a structure, Engine and Utility responded

with a total of 11. While responding Cambria provided additional information that there

is possibly a barricaded individual in the residence. Units staged until arrival of State Police.

Residence in area were evacuated and fire department shut roadway down to the area.

State Police CERT team was called in. Individual turned himself over after several hours.

Extinguished an engine compartment fire.

Utility with a total of 6 assisted PSP with a tractor trailer blocking the roadway.

Provided traffic control until the vehicle was able to move.

crew cleared the drains, roadway reopened.

Activated for a residential fire alarm. Chief and Assistant 2 on scene, cause found to be

Accidental, all units were placed in service.

Utility and a crew of 11 assisted EMS with a cardiac arrest.

Full company with a total of 20 personnel assisted Indiana St.520 with a working

residential structure fire.  Engine took the address and personnel made the attack with

a quick knock. All other units held in staging.  Crews vented the residence and performed

overhaul.

42.March213:42412 Lincoln St.-Northern Cambria

Dispatched for a broken water line in a residence. Assistant 1 on scene advising the

leak is coming from the meter due to frozen line.  No water in residence, water

authority notifed.

43.March302:34903 Chestnut Ave.-Northern Cambria

All units out on a garage fire with  16 personnel.  Rescue/Engine took the address

Tanker staging in case needed to supply.  Crews had a quick knock and performed overhaul.

Utility with a crew of 2 assisted EMS on a cardiac arrest.

Engine and Utility responded total of 18 personal on scene assisting St.58 with a

residential structure fire.  Engine 50 took the address and crew of two stretched line.

Fire found to be on second floor and attic.  Crew had a quick knockdown and performed

ventilation and overhaul.

Dispatched to assist St.58 with a structure fire. Engine and Utility responded with a

total of 9.  Units were cancelled enroute.

Engine, Tanker and Utility with 14 assisted St.58 with a wildfire aprox 15 acres involved.

On scene personal assisted with extinguishment and overhaul.  Engine set up water supply

Tanker supplied water for brush units.

Rescue/Engine and Utility with crew of 13 assisted police with oil in waterway. 

Less than a gallon spilled, personal contained the spill.

Dispatched for a tree down on the roadway. Assistant 2 on scene held all units in station.

Assistant removed the tree and placed all units in service.

Engine, Tanker and Utility responded with a  total of 14 assisting Indiana St.520.

Units held in staging.

Tanker on stand by with no incidents handled.

Engine. Engine/Rescue and Tanker responded with a total of 20 for a working

residential structure fire.  Engine and Engine/Rescue took the address.  Crews

pulled two 1 ¾ lines one crew made exterior attack while another made interior.

Tanker fed the Engine/Rescue  Engine 58 laid in and fed Engine 50. Crews

has a knockdown with in 12minutes of dispatch.  Units from St. 55,520 and 40 with

the RIC assignment also assisted.

Rescue/Engine and Utility responded with 14.  On scene two vehicles all patients out of

the vehicle. Provided  traffic control and debris removal.

Engine and Utility on scene with 10 for a commercial fire alarm at Rebekah Manor.

Investigation found that alarm was accidental, pulled by one of the residence.

Alarm reset.

One patient, personal assited EMS with patient care, provided traffic control and

clean up of fluids leaking from the vehicle.

Dispatched for a vehicle vs bicycle accident. EMS o/s advising ptn is a refusal

no need for fire dept.

Rescue/Engine and Utility responded with 13 to a physical rescue male ptn trapped under a

dump truck.  Patient was extricated by co workers before arrival of fire dept.

Personal assisted EMS and secured the vehicle.

Utility with 5 responded to assist police with traffic control due to a shed that

fell off of a trailer and was on the roadway. Shed was removed from roadway and scene

turned over to PSP.

attack with knockdown on first and second floors.  Assisted with overhaul.

fire.  Crews had a quick knockdown and contained the fire to the kitchen and living room

area of the first floor.  Assisted by Stations 55.58,Indiana 520 and 40 RIC assignment.

School.  Police on scene advising accidental, units cancelled before responding.

Rescue/Engine and Utility responded with to a motorcycle accident.  On scene found one

one motorcycle into a field, provided traffic control.  EMS transported one patient.

Engine with a crew of 6 responded to a CO alarm at the Northern Cambria Post Office. 

Crews metered the building with readings in basement of 13PPM.  Cause found to be

from the boiler on the furnace, building was ventilated and scene turned over to

maintenance.

responded  Two story residential fully engulfed on arrival.  Rescue/Engine took the

address and crews pulled two- 1 ¾” CAFS lines for exposers to the Bravo and Delta sides.

Engine laid in and supplied Rescue/Engine.  Porch roof collapsed onto personal

attempting to make an interior attack. Main roof then collapsed as well. Once fire was

contained crews made entry for mop up.

first floor.  Crews had a quick knock and then performed ventilation and overhaul. Assisted

by Sta. 55,58,Indiana 520 and 40 RIC team.
