Dispatched for a structure fire at the above location. Spangler Fire Dept. also dispatched on 1st alarm to assist. Reports from Cambria 911 reported 1 patient not breathing on scene, possible entrapment and explosions. Initially responding were CFR501, CFR504, TN502, R503, E582. Units arrived on scene and reported a working fire in a large garage/work shop attatched to a 2 story house and found 1 male in cardiac arrest outside the residence. Veterans EMS transported individual to Miners Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Crews had to shuttle water with tankers to the scene and were hampered by near zero temperatures. Tankers were called from Nicktown, Cherry Tree, and Patton to assist with water shuttle. Units responding to assist were TN593, E591 (Nicktown), TN520 (Cherry Tree), TN624, E622 (Patton), E154 (Clymer). Clymer Fire Dept was on stand-by in Hope Fire station and were later called to scene to relieve manpower. Units remained on scene for over 12 hours extinguishing hot spots. The State Police Fire Marshall from Ebensburg has been called in to investigate the fire.

Dispatched for a tanker and manpower assist at structure fire assisting Burnside Fire Co. TN502, CFR504, R503 responded and arrived on scene to find a remodeled mobile home with fire coming from the rear of the structure and roof area. Intitially no water supply established, CFR504 established a draft water supply from a stream and 2 tankers were utilized at the scene. Crews made interior attack from 2 sides of the structure and made knock down. 50% of the structure was saved and only recieved some water damage. Burnside and Cherry Tree Fire Dept. remained on scene to extinguish hot spots. Also assisting on scene were Cherry Tree, Glen Campbell, and Mahaffey Fire Depts.
