1.January911:54Patchin Hwy/Harmony Rd-Burnside Twp.

Rescue due assisting Indiana 520 w/a MVA w/injuries. Cancelled before responding.

2.January1418:48606 Philadelphia Ave.-Northern Cambria

Dispatched to assist police on scene, sparks coming from a dryer vent. Engine, Rescue

and  Utility responded with a total of 20 on scene. Cause found to be normal conditions coming from a flu for a pellet stove. Personnel checked the establishment with TIC nothing found.

3.January1609:01162 Earth Rd.-West Carrol Twp.

Engine and Tanker due assisting St.58 with a working structure fire. Engine, Tanker and Utility responded with a total of 13, units on scene structure fully involved. Tanker took the address and supplied Engine 58-2,Engine laid in supplied Engine 51-3. Personnel assisted with exterior attack.

4.January1913:11652 Lion Rd.-Susq. Twp.

Dispatched for a CO poisioning, Engine and Utility responded with a total of 14. Units

On scene metered the residence with nothing found. EMS checked 3 patients and did

not transport.

5.January2219:18594 Laurel St.-Northern Cambria

Dispatched to assist police and EMS w/MVA w/injuries traffic control needed. Rescue and

Utility responded with a total of 13, units o/s found one patient trapped. Patient extricated

traffic control also proved. Two patients transported by EMS.

Assist St.59 w/a working structure fire, Rescue, Tanker and Utility o/s assisted with overhaul.

7.January 3103:041300 Park Ave.-Northern Cambria

Dispatched for a tree down knocking over a telephone pole causing two transformers to fall to the ground. Penelec notified. Fire provided traffic control until arrival of Penelec, scene was then turned over to them.

8.January3110:20713 Joseph St.  – Northern Cambria

Dispatched for flooded basement, Engine crew handled removal of water.

Tanker handled a Public Service Detail.

Dispatched for a water rescue dog in a pond. Rescue and Utility o/s, personal removed the dog

From the pond.

Rescue and Tanker assisted Indiana St.520 with a commercial smoke in a structure. Units cancelled enroute, malfunctioning furnace.

Engine, Rescue and Utility assisted St.58 w/a Working Structure Fire.  Engine hit the hydrant

supplied Engine 58, personnel assisted w/knockdown and overhaul.

16.March320:28200B Barr Ave.-Northern Cambria

Dispatched for a one vehicle accident w/injuries, while crews were arriving on scene a

second vehicle was involved. Crews from Rescue and Utility provided traffic control

and assisted EMS with patient care. Total of 7 patients transported.

17.March407:302675 Killen School Rd.-Barr Twp.

Tanker and Utility assisted St.59 w/a Working Structure Fire. Units held in staging.

18.March408:26Bigler/26th-Northern Cambria

Rescue and Utility handled a vehicle accident w/injuries for St.58. Personnel provided traffic control and assisted EMS w/patient care. One patient transported.

19.March519:112310 Philadelphia Ave-Northern Cambria

Engine, Rescue and Utility o/s of a flu fire. Fire out on arrival, crews checked for extension

with non-found.

20.March709:441912 Philadelphia Ave.-Northern Cambria

Commercial Fire Alarm (Rebekah Manor) Rescue o/s, cause found to be burnt food. Evacuation

in progress upon fire dept. arrival.  Fire out, crews checked for extension w/ non found. Ventilation performed, personnel assisted in getting residence back into the building.

21.March915:39402 Lincoln St.-Northern Cambria

Rescue and Utility o/s of an ATV accident, one ATV into a fence with 2 patients.  Crews assisted with patient care and provided traffic control.

22.March917:022501 Philadelphia Ave-Northern Cambria

Engine and Utility o/s of a brush fire approximately a 50X25 foot area involved. Crews with the knockdown and overhaul.

23.March1021:37108 Ash St.-Susq. Twp.

Engine, Rescue and Utility o/s flu fire. Flue pipe cleaned out for extinguishment, no extension found. Caller was advised to get flu cleaned further before turning heat back on.

24.March1813:28Chestnut/St.Stans-Northern Cambria

Dispatched to accident w/injuries, officer’s o/s, one vehicle fled the scene other vehicle off the roadway. All fire units canceled EMS proceeded in for a refusal.

25.March1909:27882 Kepshire Rd.-Clearfield Twp.

Engine and Hazmat team response assisting St.62 w/Residential House Explosion. O/s units held in staging, units then called to the scene to provide DECON.

Commercial fire alarm at the City Hotel, Rescue o/s alarm sett off by steam from a shower.

Rescue and Utility o/s of a vehicle accident involving 3 vehicles. Assisted EMS

with patient care and provided traffic control and debris removal.  All patients were refusals.

Vehicle pedestrian accident.  Assistant 3 o/s occurred in Sheetz parking lot.

Patient located in a vehicle, fire canceled. Patient transported by EMS.

Engine and Utility o/s of a Carbon Monoxide Poisoning.  Reading of 30ppm on the first floor, readings of 120ppm in the basement. EMS transported 4 patients, fire personnel vented the residence, remetered w/no further readings. Cause found to be furnace.

Assist St.55 w/a Forest Fire.  Engine, Tanker and Utility assisted with water supply, knockdown and overhaul. Approximately 20 acres involved.

Rescue handled a person locked out of a residence.

Odor Investigation outside structure w/some type of alarm going off inside a vacant trailer. Engine and utility crews metered the trailer with no readings. Alarm found to be a life alert, was disconnected. Odor was determined to be fertilizer that was spread earlier in the day.
