Dispatched for a CO alarm in an apartment complex, Engine 1 on scene found multiple alarms to be going off in multiple apartments.  Metered all apartments with readings in each.  Source found to be a faulty furnace.  Vented all apartments, shut off furnace and metered each apartment again with no readings found.  Advised to keep furnace off until fixed.

Dispatched Engine 1 due assisting St.58 with a smoke in a structure, Engine 1 responded and staged at 24th and Bigler per 58 chief, later canceled.

Dispatched to assist 450 with traffic control for a vehicle accident with no injuries, Utility 3 on scene provided traffic control until released by 450.

Dispatched for a water line break in a residence, Engine 1 on scene approximately 3ft. of water in basement, water authority shut off main to residence, trash pump used to remove water from basement.

Dispatched a structure fire at the Goodwill Building. 50 Chief on scene advising grease fire in apartment, fire out all units to cancel with the exception of Rescue 4.  Rescue 4 on scene, personnel provided ventilation.

Dispatched Engine 1 and Tanker 2 due assisting Indiana 520 on a working residential structure fire, Engine 1, Tanker 2 and Utility 3 on scene staging.  Engine 1 and Utility 3 released, Tanker 2 remained on scene for water supply to Engine 521.

Officers page, Assistant one responded to scene individual had placed gasoline in oil tanks.  Assistant 1 removed breaker for furnace, advised homeowners to find an alternative place to stay for the night and Cambria EMA will be in contact with them the next day to arrange fuel assistance.

Dispatched for an outside odor investigation, caller reporting smell of fuel oil in the area, 50 Chief on scene advising odor of propane, Engine 1 checking area with nothing found.

21.February819:18     435 Shawna Rd. – Susq. Twp.

Dispatched for an odor investigation, caller reporting odor of propane at the residence, Engine 1 and Utility 3 responded to this address with nothing found.  Assistant 3 responded to Ferrellgas Storage facility on Shawna Rd. no apparent odor or leaks.  Area investigated form Gum St. to Greenwich Rd., with nothing found.  Cambria contacted representative from Ferrellgas informed them of the situation and advised to check facility at their discretion.

Smoke in a Structure, Asst.2 o/s all units with exception of St.50 held in station, malfunction furnace.  Engine 1 and Rescue 4 o/s residence checked with no extension found, ventilation performed. Homeowner advised to stay somewhere else until furnace was fixed.

Assist Indiana St. 520 with MVA w/entrapment, Rescue 4, Engine 1 o/s for extrication of two patients, Utility 3 handled LZ set up for two ships at the Cherry Tree ball field.
