CFR Crash on I99 Blair County near Duncansville

Hope Fire Company was requested by Saxton fire company to stand by in their hall while they were attending a Convention.  Conemaugh Fire Company usually provides this stand by for them but were unable to this year.  While returning from the stand by the CFR operated by Albert Legars and passenger 3rd Asst. Chief Davey Hassen, Jr., blew a tire and rolled several times.  Luckily both only sustained minor to moderate injuries,  The CFR was totalled.
